August 20, 2024This place is not what I expected to be. Planning to move out asap possibly breaking my lease soon. Maintenance is poor. Nothing works well in here. I’m very disappointed. And I know others feel the same way but they just don’t speak up!Property Manager Responded

August 14, 2024Everyone, staff and residents are so helpful and friendly. I have made wonderful friends and am as busy as I want to be with games, clubs and activities . The beautiful pool is delightful and the maintenance is responsive and lovely.Property Manager Responded

August 20, 2024I could see one of my neighbors fell in the parking lot and I wasn't dressed to go help. I called the office and they had two people out there within two minutes. It was so impressive! When I had Covid a few weeks ago, the staff checked in on me and even brought me a birthday ice cream sundae because I couldn't attend the collective event. WOW! I love the food trucks that come occasionally. I get to try new things. And I see that they are having live entertainment this week. I feel like ...they really care here about the wellbeing of their residents! As a single person, I am so pleased with my decision to join a community and not just get a residence.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2024When one has to downsize from a large home with so…..many material memories that you have to leave behind except for those your children take, it still….is a difficult adjustment. But….with the help of my sweet daughters, they found Overture and the apartment chosen is so……perfect for me. I have found space for many of my endearing favorites, photos and memories. Everyday, I thank God for my family, my sweet new friends and for an Overture Staff that is always so….outstanding!!! To me, they are ...an extension of family….always there for you. YES! February 1, 2024I like it here. When I first moved here they furnished breakfast five days a week. Now they don’t which is a disappointment. They hired a chef who furnished a lot of warm breakfasts. I do appreciate the staff though. I enjoy all the friends I have made since moving here.Property Manager Responded
