not a good place to rent

doesn't plow the parking lot right away and when plow sloppy job! lets the grass grow knee high, and had to pay for full rent, when lease is up on the 23rd leaving me struggling to find a good place to rent, when most places wont let you rent until the first part of the month. Thank god for good friends so I can stay with until I can move in my new apartment.

This place is a complete waste of money. There often no where to park your car, the internet is awful. The apartments are not cleaned well. Live in Eau Claire does a terrible job managing. They have a lot of young managers that have no clue how to manage a property, so most things are not done timely. I have heard that people have had to go to the building inspector to get things done. They also have way too many dogs that are over the restricted amount. Someone had puked in the front lobby and ...

it wasn't cleaned up for a whole week.
