May 10, 2022This is the absolute worst apartment I have ever had. There were some many mice running through the walls that you could hear them and they would overwhelm my cat. And the walls were so thin that you could hear every would of your neighbor’s conversation.Review from Apartments.com
Convenient Location
July 21, 2015Oxford Portfolio apartments at 5051 Oxford Avenue are set in a very accessible location. You are close to public transportation that can take you anywhere in and around the City of Philadelphia with a brief walk. There are many different churches around for all different religious practices, shopping, schools and numerous daycares. The apartments are large and have a separate living room, dining room and kitchen area, this was a plus for me to have separate rooms. The rent is very affordable ...and the property manager is one of the most genuine people you can meet. She is always willing to help out in any way she can, and get things taken care of as fast as possible.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
