The building and apartment have been fully renovated, all while keeping the original features of the building intact. The living room has wood floors and high ceilings, and is very large, with huge bay windows that let in plenty of light. The adjacent dining room is separated from the living room by original, restored pocket doors, and also has high ceilings and wood floors. The beautiful kitchen features granite counter tops, wood floors, and new stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and dishwasher. Plenty of cabinets provide lots of storage space. There is a also a washer / dryer. The very large master bedroom features wood floors, high ceilings, and a spacious closet. The nice new bathroom features the original claw foot tub, converted to a shower. Permitted parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. The building is in a great location near Seattle University, Harborview, Swedish and downtown. Restaurants, shops, street car, and bus lines are all within blocks.
