The staff makes this place a great place to live. Apartments are a good size and price. The amenities are a great addition as well. I love that the hot tub is year round, and the gym is always open.

So far so good. Maintenance came very quickly on en emergency call on Sunday, he was very nice. Everything has been swell!! Office management Brian has helped with all of our needs while moving and was very professional I thought it was going to be way noisier by judging everyone else’s noise complaints but if your windows are closed it’s super quiet I don’t really mind the traffic noise

I feel it was highly unethical that no one informed me of the planned upcoming construction when I signed my lease. It would’ve been nice to know that my balcony can never be used because it’s always covered in dirt from the construction. Sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning? Forget it unless you want to be drowned out by heavy machinery. It would’ve been nice to know that my unit and bedroom window faces into construction that starts at 7 a.m. 6 days a week. The parcel ...
pending/amazon delivery process sucks. It’s a 50-50 crapshoot if you actually get your delivery or not. The gym hasn’t been cleaned properly in the year and a half I’ve lived here — the same dirt and dust piles from day one living here can still be found. Not the worst, but far from the greatest experience I’ve had. If you want a good night’s sleep where you can sleep past 6:45-7 a.m., this isn’t the place for you.

I have been here for the past 10 months and it has been great so far. The amenities are great and the staff here are very friendly. I love that the train station is close, but the noise from cargo trains can be annoying at times. Parking can also be a hassle.

While I love living here, maintenance is amazing and distance to downtown is great the construction around makes it less desirable. There’s two construction projects happening on both sides of the complex. I cannot walk my dog down the street and the construction is nearly everyday. I still continue to renew because the community itself is great

The environment is clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The overall living environment is great — comfortable and secure. I would definitely recommend it!

I haven’t been living here long, but so far I’ve really enjoyed it. Everyone has been super helpful and quick to respond anytime I’ve needed something. The community feels friendly and welcoming too!
