The experience is still very new! We are enjoying our stay at Oxford Vista and have been welcomed by residents and staff members. Bryan is so wonderful and efficient with his profession. Kirby is very knowledgeable and experienced with the leasing process. Chloe is very kind and welcoming towards us always. Thank you to everyone who has made this experience a very memorable one!

Things are good but could use some consistency. Hopefully with fall kicking into gear we get back to it. Maintenance is absolutely amazing still.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 months. I have had a pretty good experience. Love the amenities, love the view, love my car being in the gated area. What I don’t really like is how much the dogs bark it’s all day every day, even at night. Otherwise, it’s been a good experience so far!

Depending on the time of the day the rating fluctuates from a 2-4 star. You’re probably wondering why: the reason for that is there are multiple dogs on the west facing view that howl and bark consistently for long periods of time. I don't know if its one owner or a chain reaction but it’s genuinely disturbing when I'm trying to sleep in because I worked a long shift or I have to wake up for an early shift. Whoever the owner(s) please fix the problem with your dogs, it is just flat out ...
disrespectful and inconsiderate to your neighbors. Another issue is the dryer constantly turning off mid cycle, it is a problem because there is about a 30 minute wait period before it comes back on. Respectfully.

Me and my girlfriend recently moved into the apartment complex and have been extremely happy with our choice to live here. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and everyone that we have met that lives here is nice and friendly. The apartment is clean and quiet. We have a dog and he has loved the environment so far with other dogs and the dog amenities.

Any time something breaks/needs repair, the building is in absolutely no rush to fix it. Waited months for the elevator to be fixed, the parking gates break all the time, etc and when you try and hold the property accountable, nothing is ever their fault. It’s the machine’s company, the city of Englewood, a third party service…Nothing works and things break in my apartment all the time. The one time i called maintenance to have them fix my lock, I asked specially for them to call before entering ...
because I sleep during the day working night shift and have an animal. As you can guess, I woke up at 1pm to my cat freaking out and a man in my apartment with zero notice. My unit is falling apart and i’m the first person to live there…it would be worth it if the staff was polite and timely but as of right now, I do not plan on renewing here.

Oxford Vista has been a peaceful and convenient place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the apartment itself is well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The management has been responsive to service requests, and move-in was smooth. Only reason for 4 stars is occasional delays in maintenance. Overall, a great experience so far!

From the start, the leasing process was smooth and the staff was professional and responsive, which set the tone for what has continued to be a great living environment.
