December 2, 2021I had my air go out and called the office and put in a maintenance request for my air being out. To my surprise I got a call from the office the next day saying the Air company is coming to my apartment. When the workers got here they said they are replacing my entire unit. They were nice and they put in my u it quick. I'm loving my NEW UNIT as it is so quiet.Review from Apartments.com

June 11, 2018Heard about the move in special of $99. After viewing an apartment that I had made my mind on choosing, I was informed that the $99 deposit was to hold my apartment only. Changed my mind before even getting my application processed for being approved or denied and was told that I was not eligible to receive my deposit back. Tasha informed me that she did not submit my application for approval or denial. Spoke with one of the individuals (Nylen or Nyla) about the situation and she continued to cut ...me off in my sentences and became very unprofessional. Stated that once I hand over the information that they needed for the application that I would not be able to get my deposit back. But on the application it stated that once the application was submitted that I would not receive my deposit back, although my application was never submitted after giving them everything that they needed on their end. Certainly wouldn't recommend this area at all. To ANYBODY. If you're looking for an apartment, this is not the one. Believe me. Do more research. Reviews do not lie. 2 bedroom 2 bath, fire place, nice but have a problem with bugs
September 25, 2015The staff if very unprofessional, the maintain men it takes them 2-3 business days to take care of something that is broken.or need repaired. By my understanding this place is up for sale. I've lived here 4 years thinking I made the right decision to stay now it sad to say I wish I had not resigned a lease. Hope with new owners we get new workers in the office. They are letting this place fall with that I don't care attitude. August 6, 2015There are police cars here almost every other night, the office and maintenence staff are apathetic. Rates can go close to 200 dollars up if you are not careful of informing yourself with the time you choose to rent with the apartment. Pet owners dont pick up after their pets.
