Positives: Well maintained, conveniently located and nice buildings. Biggest negative was lack of security in the parking lots. Ideally it would be gated, but if not security cameras should be abundant and visible.

My husband and I were the very first residents in the brand new Pace apartments. Thus month it is 10 months we are living here and we are enjoying our beautiful spacious and full of light apartment. Management and people in leasing office are really nice and always caring. Thank you Pace :)

Do not rent here my garage was broken in to first month living here and the homeless. Is out of control towards the rear of building number 5 cars broken in to all the time police activity in rear of apartments every night I could not take it anymore and moved out the manager said she would get me back my 1800.00 deposit so for safety of my son and my self we moved 4 days later the manager calls to tell me I’m not getting back my deposit stay very far away from this place like I said the homeless ...
