Horrible Communication, Lack of Follow-Up
August 19, 2025I toured on 8/14, approved for a place on 8/15. The leasing office’s lack of communication and follow-up is horrible! I’ve sent two detailed emails (one was sent two minutes after they sent me a reminder email to sign my lease), and I've called four to five times to request that Terrell provide a time for the FaceTime meeting he suggested, so I could view it until I was approved. Again, this was HIS IDEA. All my calls get routed to an off-site call center that sends emails to the leasing office. ...The ONLY time I received a call back was after I escalated my frustration to a manager. During my initial tour, I overheard a conversation about another person’s application being canceled. I bet lack of communication was part of the issue. If this is how they treat applicants, I can only imagine how residents are treated. Hard pass on this place. Not worth the headache.Property Manager Responded

Very nice place !!
June 25, 2018I have been here for 1 1/2 years and it has been a good experience.As soon as I have any issues ( minor) management comes in and rectifies the problems ASAP. The Team is hardworking , very courteous and friendly! The girls at the office Davette,Theresa and Miss Tracey are such friendly and helpful,always ready to listen and assist you in any way possible.I highly recommend this community,its safe and convenient location and very comfortable ~Property Manager Responded

Paintermills Apt. Review
August 19, 2015I've lived in my apartment for three years. The area where I live at is very quite, and my apartment is spacious, however the apartment sits around wild life. With this said, we have been having problems with mice, ants, sink bugs, and spiders. I informed the main office about my problem and they said an exterminator will be out there next month.Review from Apartments.com
Highly recommend for residency
August 7, 2015Since I moved here all of my worries of when you first move into a new apartment have vanished. There are no bugs, rats, and theft inside or outside of the property. Neighbors all across the board mind there own and watch over the young kids in the community when passing through. No noise of music or loitering even on the weekends. It's pretty simple here, kids play and swim and the adults work or sleep in. Spacious rooms and storage space in your apartment. Appliances are simple and you get what ...you get for the amount of rent you pay. Maintenance comes same day to fix your issues no questions ask. Staff and maintenance are very helpful and paying rent is easy online. Hopefully those who read this, I was able to sum up what I could in a nutshell. My time here has been peaceful and would highly recommend living here.
