March 20, 2020I have lived here since 2017 and I love it. The grounds are kept clean and the apartment is a nice size. For me cleanliness is the key. Whenever I had a maintenance issue they fixed it the same day. The office staff would work with me when I needed it and always made me feel comfortable. Just putting it out there. Not recommended
January 14, 2014I live here for 2 years now, and I'm not renewing the lease when is due. I've found cockroaches, scorpions, in my kitchen and bedroom. Neighbors are rude and noisy, not to mention countless times fellow neighbors and visitors park their cars on other's designated lots. Dog feces everywhere. For the price they charge, there are plenty of other properties in the area way better than Palermo.Review from Apartments.com
