I have been living at the Palisades Gardens Apartments for a long time. Needless to say, I love my apartment it is quiet, sunny and very cozy I love the beautiful neighborhood where I go for daily walks or just sit in the park. The Property Manager and the Super are both professional, respectful and always helpful. When I have a maintenance issue, I place a call to the Manager and/or the Super and someone always calls back promptly, makes a date and repairs are handle without delay. The ...

building is kept clean and well maintained. I know many of my current neighbors as well as new neighbors are very happy and satisfied living at the Palisades Gardens Apartments.

The service is exceptional. Requests for repairs are handled in a timely and professional manner. Hallways are cleaned weekly. Management is terrible i call them it takes days for them to come. People make complaints and they send letters and warnings out instead of coming to see if there even a problem in the first place. Apartment was refurbished but found mold in my kitchen sink. Disgusted with these people only been here 5 months of my lease and having the hardest time calling this home.

Our apartment is located in a garden apartment complex. It has beautifully landscaped lawns and private parking for residents. Off street parking is available for guests. New renters are treated to newly renovated apartments featuring newly varnished floors, all new stainless steel appliances, tile backsplahs in the kitchen and a newly tiled bathroom. NJ Transit and jitney bus stop is right infront of the building. The complex is in close proximity to two elementary schools and the town middle ...
