Absolutely horrible experience.

They recently started charging for garbage and sewer. Raised rent in the middle of a pandemic just to try and force people that have been there for years to move out so the unit can be renovated. DO NOT rent here.

Be careful thinking about moving here. They recently changed management. New management are rude talk down on u. Don’t leave little temporary things on your porch they will fine you. Every couple of months the rent goes up.. They are recently remodeled, so the tenants that been here for years are made to feel uncomfortable. they keep raising their rent in the middle of a pandemic just to make the old tenant feel uncomfortable so that they will move out so they can renovate their apartment and ...
rent to someone else. The chicks in the office have attitudes, and arrogant . Every answer is answered along with a smart mouth..Hot summers, new pool but can’t swim in it . This place is definitely not worth it
