Quiet, except for the airplane
April 21, 2020it's a quiet place since my apartment was on the other end. the wall were pretty thick so we didnt hear the neighbors at all. however we lived upstair so we're not too sure how it is like for people who lived downstairs. be aware that it is back of the airport so you will have to get used to loud airplane taking off and landing. the apartment is a bit old. I believe the front desk lady name stephanie, was really nice and sweet, but her boss was a bit intimidating. my only complaint was ...maintenance coming whenever and not the time appointed. overall, it's a pretty good place to stay. the pool wasnt up to date as often though.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015We have only recently moved here but so far our experience has been great. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys work fast and efficiently. The location is close to a shopping center and freeways. The complex is quiet and well landscaped. September 5, 2015The staff here rule with an iron fist. The ruthlessly hand out 3-day notices as easily as they hand out ice cream to the children at the pool. And... The unburnt jet fuel from the fighter aircraft has contaminated the property with cancer causing compounds. It rains down every day...you will see the relentless black dust...poison. August 20, 2015WE LOVE IT THAT OUR APARTMENT OFFERS 24/7 SECURITY AND THAT ITS GATED. THE LANDSCAPE ARE BEAUTIFUL FULL WITH TREE FOR SHADE DURING THE HOT SUMMERTIME. THIS IS THE PERFECT COMPLEX IF YOU WANT TO BE NEAR SCHOOL, GROCERY STORES AND SHOPPING CENTERS. YOU WILL NOT REGRET LIVING HERE. WE'VE BEEN HERE FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS, AND I MUST SAY THERE IS NO COMPLEX THAT OFFERS SO MUCH BUT FOR SUCH A GOOD AFFORDABLE PRICE.Review from Apartments.com
