Unprofessional front office staff
April 29, 2020Monica in front office lied about our dogs barking at her , the dogs were in a separate room and she didn’t even leave the front door area. We were in one of the only apartments that wasn’t upgraded yet in the building, I believe she did it so they could get us out of the apartment so they could upgrade it and charge more for the rent. Run for the hills!!
February 16, 2020Don’t let these reviews fool you. There is a huge roach problem within this community. I’ve let management know this on numerous occasions with nothing being done. Explained that my floors in my apt are weak and I can feel that they are slowly caving in so I have to be careful about where I walk in my apartment, again nothing has been done. Stoves continuously blows and all maintenance says is that you’re not supposed to be cooking with 2 burners and the oven on. It’s supposed to be a 30 day turn ...around before moving the next person in. Per the office this is to give time to fumigate and clean the apartment, I have personally witnessed someone moving in 3 days after a resident has moved out and they were complaining about having bugs more than we were. So that just lets me know it was a lie when they said “ I don’t understand why you’re having these bug problems we have the apartment sprayed, cleaned, and then fumigated once again for 30 days before allowing anyone to move in.” Yeah right. They know exactly what’s going on and refuse to do anything about it. I’m disappointed in myself mostly because I should’ve known something was up when they showed me both viewing apartments and I seen roaches in both of them. For those who don’t see them, if you decide to move in leave a little and come back at night. You’ll be in for a real surprise.. I do not recommend this complex, and I am beyond ecstatic that my lease will be up in 2 months.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 10, 2020Monica the Management Agent is a professional. She gets your request taken care of in a timely manner. She is fare and understanding which makes working with her a pleasure. I am happy to say I am going to renew my lease this year 2020. I like walking down the tree lined lane to my house. I like the friendly neighbors. I like looking out my terrace window and seeing a forest like scene. I am happy with the quick service of the maintenance people. The pool is great in the summer time.
