I am incredibly disappointed with my experience living at this complex. It has become nearly impossible to take any pride in where I live due to the sheer negligence of management and the deplorable state of the property.
The grounds are absolutely filthy. It is clear that basic sanitation is not a priority here. The most egregious issue is the constant, overflowing dog waste stations that go unemptied for days, if not weeks. It is disgusting, unhygienic, and makes the common areas feel like a ...
health hazard rather than a place to live.
To make matters worse, maintenance is non-existent. You can expect to wait weeks for even the most basic repairs. It is completely unacceptable to be left dealing with broken utilities or other housing issues for such an extended period while paying full rent.
When you try to escalate these concerns, management is either completely unresponsive or dismissive. Trying to get a straight answer or a timely solution from the office is an exercise in futility. They simply do not care about the quality of life for the residents here.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is poorly managed and unmaintained. I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to run in the other direction.
