December 22, 2017My Husband and I Just moved in last month and WE LOVE our Apartment , lot's of closet space, large bathrooms And Bedrooms, Brand New Carpets and lights, New kitchen and Bathrooms floors , You have your own private garage which we like a lot and it's big enough too Fit a SUV ,, Maintenance Crew are awesome, Office Manager is Very Nice.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Communication
September 16, 2017Don't expect to be contacted when you call for more information on available units. I left three voicemails (one of which was on the emergency line), and sent two emails for more information. I still have yet to hear from whoever manages this property. If this is how potential renters are treated, I can't imagine how terrible it must be to be a tenant. Kudos to whoever is responsible for advertising though. Available units were listed here, in the Janesville Gazette, and there was an available ...sign out in front of the property...Makes sense.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love living here !!
August 22, 2015I have lived here for 2 yrs now and like it very much. Management does a very good job maintaining the property and hallways. The sky light in the loft bedroom really is a nice feature. plenty of room in a one bedroom loft floor plan for anyone living alone or a couple. Garage is big enough for a full size pick-up truck. Waking distance to Janesville's biggest park and miles and miles of walking/biking trails. The price is not to bad either for the quality of living.Review from Apartments.com
