Be Prepared to Lose Money
April 15, 2024Honestly I'm glad they turned us over to collections before billing us because the collections agency was much easier to work with than Sienna Bay itself. We were billed over $1000 on our move out (again we received no documentation, bill, or anything from Sienna Bay, just sent straight to collections) for cleaning, carpet, etc. despite having cleaned the carpets and entire apartment before moving out and never being a single day late on our rent. My mysterious respiratory issues that appeared ...on move in have disappeared upon leaving which is also a nice bonus to no longer living there. We had multiple issues with work orders getting missed despite following up on them multiple times. Have a dog? I hope you're prepared to shell it out for Nexguard and never use amenities you'll pay for like the dog park and dog wash since they are always covered in fleas. Have a kid? Guess what! You'll get to use the worst school bus stop in the PCSB district. I was told by the school district themselves its the most dangerous spot around because Sienna Bay won't let the bus pull into the parking lot. I could keep going, but I'll stop here. I just hope I can save someone else the headache and hit to their finances.Property Manager Responded

Total disaster apartment complex
September 7, 2023This property was a total nightmare for our family. The unit had snakes, roaches, and mice in the walls. The power was unstable and they catch fire frequently. Parking is a nightmare and the management are awful. I wouldn’t let a dog live there let alone advise anyone to move here. Run! Fast! Run!!!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Dead animal smells in the walls don't live here
August 20, 2021horrible don't live here, the laundry facilities are almost always out of commission, lost legal paperwork in regards to rental agreement, charged illegitimate fees when moved out and when tried to dispute it they sent it to debt collections, apartments are old and have dead animal smells and they do not try to fix it.Property Manager Responded
August 23, 2021Unfortunately, it's difficult to respond to an anonymous review. We are sorry your stay at Sienna Bay was not up to your expectations. Legal paperwork is autosaved in the cloud as it is created and any legitimate disputes to a security deposit are addressed and move-out pictures and invoices are maintained as a backup. As far as dead animal smells, it is very unfortunate if an animal of any kind dies in the walls of a building and we do our best to try and locate the source but sometimes it isn't possible. Great for first time renters
July 3, 2020Never rented before and recently graduated from college. Rent is super reasonable and affordable for such a lovely area. You can easily get a job in Tampa, St Pete, or Clearwater at this location since its in the middle of all three! really opens up the possibilities.Property Manager Responded

"Sienna Bay is animal friendly, great location. spacious floor plans, that are newly carpeted and freshly painted every time an apt is re-rented. The Maintenance guys are very friendly and efficient.
