Rodent in Kitchen and patio ,poor maintenance
June 21, 2024There are issue of rodent in kitchen and patio.We cannot use patio.We already requested number of time about the ongoing maintenance issue in washroom, rodent issue…but it is not taken seriously by property management team .We are new to Irvine and got registered in nearby elementary school and hence unwillingly need to pay rent which is way higher for the services provided.Property Manager Responded

Avoid
May 29, 2022Palmeras has to be, hands down, the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I've had 13 moisture ant infestations in a year of residency. I'm don't spend a lot of time at home and am incredibly clean, so my assumption is that there is a leak somewhere. All finishes are cheap (white stove that was painted prior to my move in and now the paint is chipping), my garbage disposal has clogged three times, my toilet has run non-stop three times, under my bathroom vanity smells like moisture, my ...dishwasher has backed up more times than I can remember, my w/d has left rust stains all over my clothing), touch-up paint doesn't even match, hooks were lazily painted over, previous tenants hair was painted over and embedded in the wall. My downstairs neighbor smokes cigarettes in their unit, poorly-trained dogs whine and bark all day, and I've seen more police altercations (domestic violence) in 14 months of living here than I ever had living in a large city. My fobs we're all deactivated and I was locked out of my own community. Positives include a beautiful community (assuming where all upgrades are occuring, instead of in units), maintenance has always been timely and friendly and that's the end of it. I will never live in another Irvine Co. property again. The cost of living here is absolutely not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
