If I hadn’t been able to move in when I did, I would’ve been dealing with a few days of homelessness. Alina was able to push through my application review, my credit approval, everything. Comfortable
October 10, 2015I have lived here for 11 Years...it has what a single person needs but now as all over Colorado is charging ridicules monthly rates. They try to add the patio as part of the living space which should not be the case. 710 S.F. but really inside is 630 S.F. Most of the flooring has an average age of 20 years. The carpet 7 years old. Only because of a water leak in 2009 but they treated the situation fair. Also I like to take care of my space but over the last 3 years as the monthly rates have ...gone too high! So has an increase of rudeness or a lack of caring for their customers-renters. It is now all about greed and a chalkiness that they will always be able to replace you no matter how great or perfect of a renter you are these days, no positive credit what so ever!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
