  • INCOMPETENCE

    July 12, 2023
    This is a red flag. These people are completely incompetent. I call them up to inquire about a rental. The operator with an attitude puts me on hold for 2 minutes and then transfers me to the leasing office. The lady answers but the call immediately disconnects. I call back twice and no one answers. I call back a 3rd time and the operator tells me to hold without waiting for a response. Be careful, you do not want to do business with these people.

    I have lived at Palms Point for three years and I have enjoyed my time here. Leanne, the manager, has always been available to address any concerns I had, she is a gem. The staff (Leanne, Carmen and and Manny) have always been extremely professional, courteous, friendly and have gone above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service.The property is clean, well maintained, safe and quiet. I highly recommend living in Palms Point.

  • The "manager" is beyond incompetent!!

    Lean, who is the manager is an incompetent liar, who never does anything she says. Last year I had no air for a week (middle of summer) went 2 office EVERYDAY to complain, every day they had a new excuse. Not even apologetic at the fact, that it was 80 degrees in my apartment!! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.

    Palms Point is a quiet, gated community. The complex is also patrolled by guards 24/7. Residents both rent and own units here. There are plenty of children of all ages, but it is still quiet. My husband & I live on the first floor beneath a family with several children & we rarely hear any movement from upstairs. There is always PLENTY of parking CLOSE to our unit, which is a major plus considering our last apartment complex was ALWAYS lacking parking. The complex is zoned for several excellent ...
    schools. It is also conveniently located near the Sawgrass Expressway, which can quickly connect you to the other major highway systems in Broward--which gives you the best of both worlds: suburbs within minutes of city life.
