Renters Reviews and Ratings
It's a big NO!
June 8, 2023I currently reside here and have for close to a year. I have tried to force myself to think I am not wasting my money, but the fact is, that I am. You can hear everything from every angle in the apartment, the wooden stairs are excessively loud, the construction is cheaply done, and the office staff is beyond RUDE! They talk to people like they're less than (ALL my neighbors say the same thing) and you have to drive to the other side of town to get to the leasing office. The price advertised IS ...NOT what you will be paying. Add another 3-400 to that for ridiculous add on's! No pool, no gym, no customer service, no happy neighbors that I have met. Be wise and find somewhere else!Property Manager Responded

Not worth the price
November 4, 2019You can hear everything. Above, below, next to, outside. Like there might as well not be walls because I know everything my neighbors talk about and do. Car break ins have already happened and you can walk through the property and see how poor the construction is. Really not worth the price, honestly it’s just not when you can pay less and have the same issues elsewhere (Or not), but at least have a pool and a gym.Property Manager Responded
December 27, 2019Thank you for your feedback, feel free to reach out to the office, we may be able to assist with some noise issues. Multifamily housing isn't 100% quiet all the time. Car break ins unfortunately happen every neighborhood at one point or another, but police have been contacted for additional patrol.
