October 9, 2025The community is decent. I am really disappointed that I didn't spend enough time here prior to moving to learn how loud living next to the sprinter station would be. There is a freight train that comes by in the middle of the night and our windows are not good enough quality to drown out any of the noise, so we are constantly waking up in the middle of the night. The dog park is also a nightmare. We cant take our dog here without worrying about him being exposed to harmful bacteria. I can't tell ...the last time it was cleaned, if ever. Ashlynn was by far, a huge part in my application process. He is professional and attentive to the needs of future residents (hence, my own experience).
