Used to be Amazing

The past managers did a lot to keep everyone happy and the area clean. Now half the laundry room hasn’t been working for about a year, the whole building having to share about 5 washers and 5 driers. If you have a problem with another resident you have to take care of it yourself because they don’t want to interfere with anything, even if it’s as simple as a noisy neighbor. The elevator had the floors taken out and was left with the padding underneath which we were told is the new floor, it it is ...
stained and now smells. They also failed to tell us before we had gotten a pet that you now have to pay extra for caged animals as well as fish, which doesn’t make any sense and put us in a bad spot. We also can’t put much in the balcony due to ‘safety hazards’ but then there’s no point to having a balcony, they will come and check you don’t have much there. The pool is rarely cleaned. All Past managers used to be very into making this a good community, but the management now has gotten very poor.

Huge Apartments and Amazing Manager!

I have lived here for about 2 years and I am very happy. Yeah, it's an old building, so plumbing issues happen every once in a while, but the manager is really quick at getting it taken care of. He has always been very professional and nice to work with. I had the opportunity to move to a town-home that was a little less expensive, but I chose to stay here because of him.

great neighborhood

I have lived here 5 years and like it. For me to love it they would have to upgrade unit. althoiugh some units have been upgraded and rent fast. laundry facility on site little old, example sons girlfriends apt has machines that take debit cards going to the bank for quarters sucks. complex very clean kept up and a nice pool for hot summer days. I live on whats concidered the 7th floor what a view and thats why i stay having a view like make me happy.
