Don't miss out
September 7, 2019I moved here in June and it's absolutely everything that I've been looking for. I read the horrible reviews on here from a couple years ago but apparently things have really improved drastically. It is very quiet here, no carjackings or major crime problems. You definitely feel safe enough to walk outdoors & to sit on your balcony. The maintenance will get everything done within a sufficient amount of time, I've even bragged about there quick response time. You have washer / dryer hookup, ...fireplace, dishwasher, and my electric bill is no more than $50 monthly. I'm very proud that I chose this location to live .don't forget that you get amazing scenery views since you're on the base of the mountain.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Included is washer/dryer hook ups with the option to rent the appliances, fireplace, dish washer, garbage disposal & GAS stove (no stupid electric here!). Terrible administration
August 31, 2017Do not rent here, I've been living in a 1 bedroom unit for almost 8th months now and they're harassing me for the third time now with fees that they waived themselves when I signed the lease just to get me to move in, management is terrible and deals are catfish.Review from Apartments.com
