Don't miss out
September 7, 2019I moved here in June and it's absolutely everything that I've been looking for. I read the horrible reviews on here from a couple years ago but apparently things have really improved drastically. It is very quiet here, no carjackings or major crime problems. You definitely feel safe enough to walk outdoors & to sit on your balcony. The maintenance will get everything done within a sufficient amount of time, I've even bragged about there quick response time. You have washer / dryer hookup, ...fireplace, dishwasher, and my electric bill is no more than $50 monthly. I'm very proud that I chose this location to live .don't forget that you get amazing scenery views since you're on the base of the mountain.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 8, 2018I love it here! My apartment is awesome. Clean, cute, Mountain View - perfect! The rent is affordable. Included is washer/dryer hook ups with the option to rent the appliances, fireplace, dish washer, garbage disposal & GAS stove (no stupid electric here!). Terrible administration
August 31, 2017Do not rent here, I've been living in a 1 bedroom unit for almost 8th months now and they're harassing me for the third time now with fees that they waived themselves when I signed the lease just to get me to move in, management is terrible and deals are catfish.Review from Apartments.com
