I am currently moving out due to extreme infestations of rodents on the entire property. Management is rude and unresponsive. Cheap is not worth the stress this property gives.

I have been living around paradise for two years now . It’s so many mouses . There were plenty of time I saw mouses in my apartment and I stay beside the rental office . Mouse been in my bed and on my kitchens counter . I have a clean house to . Please don’t move here it’s not worth it at all . I barely don’t get no sleep keep seein mouse . Maintenance is very lazy . I can’t wait to move . Please don’t move here it’s mice infested

This place is for people who don’t work! I’ve had a hole in the wall for 2 years that maintenance put there. The community is no good it’s shooting every other day most of the bullets are hitting kids and women. Police is always here but never prevents anything

I’ve been here for 4 years. My very first apartment. . this place is only to help you get on your feet! I deal with mice on a daily!! I can be cooking or cleaning mice are running from one door to another. I had mice run under my stove while i cook. No matter how much you sanitize they’ll always be here. Maintenance is horrible. The entire property is horrible. DON’T MOVE HERE !!

I’ve been living here for 3 years and I’ve witnessed a decline in the upkeep with the inside of the units. Maintenance staff is a joke. They never fix things and when you call the young lady answering the phone seems incompetent. The hallways stink of weed and are never clean. The no pet policy is none existent as there are plenty of pitbulls roaming the property off leash and using the bathroom all over the sidewalks and grass. The property manager put notices out about the dogs but don’t ...

I hate it here. I’ve been here 3 years and looking to move. My apartment is old and rusty pipes everywhere. Everything that I’ve asked to be fixed is either never fixed or half assed fixed . Do not move here unless it’s your first apartment. It’s not worth the money you pay for rent.

I moved in June 2019. 1st night there the bathroom ceiling starts leaking the people upstairs bath water due to old pipes. Then while i’m cooking dinner for my children a mouse runs from under the stove. I call maintenance he comes and I tell him about the ceiling and mouse he says “ this dc baby mice are everywhere “. I said that’s a lie Iived in my grand mother house for 5 years and no mouse or bugs were there. They send the exterminator all he does is put 3 mouse traps in the kitchen. Fast ...
forward it’s now January 2020 the bathroom ceiling still leaks and it’s a big hole there, The bathroom sink now leaks and it collapsed due to the leakage. My apartment door knob fell off, the bugs, spiders, and mice problem still happening. I am taking them to court Feb. This building is a SHAMEEE ! DONT MOVE HERE

The people in the rental office are rube and don’t give you all the information on the phone. I went to apply and wrote a money order out and everything just for them to only tell me I could not apply for the one bedroom and den with me and my 2 children under 10 years of age. Then give them all my information 6 paystubs, birth certificates and ss cards. Got everything back but my paystubs and when I called to see if they had them The rude lady said she saw the person give me all my self back but ...
how could she see when she was seating down couldn’t even see what she gave me and states (she don’t know what I want her to do because they don’t have them and Shredded all the copies) which was just 2 hours ago. I think by not apply I just save myself a headache. But you have to think this is paradise which was never none to be a good neighbor hood.
