September 14, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI've been in the community for 9 months and the management staff is helpful. They have addressed all my concerns when I've discussed it with them. Security has been very helpful since I've been here. The building maintenance and cleaning staff are always taking care of the building. I do wish there was more parking in the building. I would give this 5 stars if they would power wash the garage(dusty).Property Manager Responded

July 20, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI was really concerned about the amount of information that I actually had to submit when applying for an apartment at St. Stephens. Anyways, I felt a little edgy about giving up my some much personal information, but after coming in contact with the two representatives or agents from St. Stephens, namely, Sharma and Byron, because of their professional approach, I felt just a little more at ease. It was somewhat of a back and forth experience taking in information that was needed for ...processing, but I was able to submit all that was required. I feel that St. Stephens Apts are lovely and it is wonderful that apartments are being builded throughout the Metropolitan area. I am happy that I experienced the process and now I am ready to move forward in searching for an apartment that is comfortable for me according to my needs.
