Our apartments come with a great walk-in pantry, refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower tub combo, spacious bedrooms and a wall air conditioner in the living room and plenty of storage. We also accept cats and dogs (must be people friendly & restrictions on some breeds). There is a $250 refundable security deposit for each pet. The monthly fee is $20.00 for one and for 2 it’s $35.00. Water and trash pick-up are included. There is a $25.00 application processing fee and only qualified applicants need apply. Your net income must be three times the amount of rent.
