April 16, 2026The building is built so bad the floor creaks when you are on the top level.walls are bad too, you hear everything the neighbors are doing. Rent is entirely too high for the tiny amount of space you get. Snow removal and ice removal are not keep up.wirhReview from Apartments.com

April 13, 2026The amount of space you get is most definitely not worth the money. Very claustrophobic feel to it after living there a few months. The floor is so bad you hear EVERYTHING and that' goes for the walls as well. Snow and ice removal would take DAYS to get clearedReview from Apartments.com

The landlord is excellent to work with, he is responsive, professional, and clearly cares about the property and the people who live here.
