April 16, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe building is built so bad the floor creaks when you are on the top level.walls are bad too, you hear everything the neighbors are doing. Rent is entirely too high for the tiny amount of space you get. Snow removal and ice removal are not keep up.wirhProperty Manager Responded

The property itself is very well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The landlord is excellent to work with, he is responsive, professional, and clearly cares about the property and the people who live here. It’s clear that a lot of pride goes into keeping the apartments and grounds in great condition.

The space feels modern, simple, stylish, and functional. But what really sets this place apart is the property owner, Eric, who is knowledgeable, professional, and truly invested in the building and the community. This complex is a true standout, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!
