Great management
February 25, 2026I lived in here for a solid three years (2022–2025) and never had any major issues. Maintenance and property management always did their part and resolved any concerns in a timely manner. The only issue I experienced during my first year was with parking other residents would occasionally park in assigned spaces(2022). There were also quite a few homeless individuals in the area; some would stay near the staircases or spend the night in the parking lot. I also went through a personal situation ...that unfortunately affected my neighbors as well, and for that reason, I chose to move out. Worst management ever
July 11, 2022They keep making excuses why they won't open the pool it's July 11th and the it's they don't answer the phones they lock the door when they are in the office and they're trying to make it look as though this place is so fancy but you can't use any of the amenities washer and dryers melt clothes or they don't drain so you have to spend $20 per load they have games out in the yard that they don't supply the pieces for like cornhole They keep telling us yes that there's a new reason for why they ...won't open the pool and it's pretty annoying there's cockroaches and sugar ants they won't spray all apartments to fix it!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
