Few Ups and Many Downs
April 24, 2026I stayed here for 3 years and the experience has had few ups and many downs. Throughout our stay I believe there have been 3 different management companies take over this property so take that into account. The gym started out fine with a full rack of dumbbells and functional cardio and cable machines. Now half of the dumbbells are missing, cables broken, and cardio machines without electrical cords. Not to mention the gym was without AC for weeks at a time. The pools. I have been able to enter ...the pool 1 time across my entire stay here. It was always closed for various reasons leaving the community without a pool 90% of the time. The dumpsters stayed full or overflowing. The area around said dumpsters were always gross. The fencing was destroyed in hurricane beryl in July 2024. Around the time we left the complex in early 2026 they were just finishing repairs on what was left of the fence. This left the community open for almost 2 years. Lawn care at times was absolutely neglected. Leaving grass almost knee high around the property. We had constant issues with water. Our water was constantly being turned off, and when the water was flowing it was cold. We spent countless days without hot water, at one time it was off for an entire week due to boiler issues. When we started my partner and I were each promised covered parking spots at no extra charge. Over time they attempted to change parking that made it much harder for residents to park and forcing us to begin paying a monthly fee to park and forcing guests to register vehicles anytime they parked on the property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Rude for No Reason
August 20, 2021I called the leasing office to get more information about two bedrooms. A person named Keisha or Tasha (something like that) was very rude to me and I don't understand why. I asked if I could get some leasing information for two bedrooms emailed to me. She said in a huff there would be no availability until 10/23 or 10/24. I didn't understand why she said it to me with an attitude since there was no way for me to know that. When I said I could work with that, she very rudely asked "well what ...information are you looking for?" which stumped me because I just told you the information I was looking for. Obviously I'm looking for leasing information since I specifically asked for leasing information for two bedrooms. I wish someone from the office could tell me how a prospective tenant is supposed to get information. If the leasing staff isn't interested in giving information over the phone, that can be stated professionally. Also, the website could have rental rates and availability listed since the staff isn't interested in helping prospective tenats.Property Manager Responded

There really do care!
January 12, 2021I just moved here and everything has been good! I talk to the office staff regularly. And the interior of the apt are refurbished with hard wood floors and nice appliances. It is near 45 freeway so u do heard car noise but it is so nice to be able get on the road fast in the morning.Property Manager Responded

Apartments are great for price!
January 24, 2019Been here for a few months now and seriously for the rent, it's the nicest in this area! They have a relatively new gym that has enough stuff I was able to cancel my gym membership. Just like most people, I had read reviews before going to look at apartments and the few on here that had given me pause, I now realize are old. I asked the leasing agent about the issues I seen and she said most of them are old from the prior owners. Makes sense now! If I absolutely had to pick the worst thing about ...the apartments is that parking gets full towards the night time.Property Manager Responded

Best property in the area
October 12, 2018I love what they have done with the apartments and now I see they are starting to paint the buildings. I asked to renovate my apartment but just ended up transferring instead. When I had looked around, there was no where else you go live in this area with stainless steel appliances. October 12, 2018New management company brings in new improvements. I LOVE all the new upgrades all around the property. The gym is amazing with the new additions such as the new equipment, TVs, free weights, and gate card entry now. The pool furniture is beautiful, and now the exterior paint is just amazing. May 8, 2018I am really impressed with how everything seems to get fixed faster now. It's always kinda scary when you live at a place where they change everyone in the office out of nowhere, come to find out it was a management change. They truly seem to want good things here and care about what you say. There's a few things I wish were different like parking but that has been a common issue anywhere I've lived. I just wish I already lived in one of the renovated units without having to transfer. Hopefully ...they get the pools finished quick now that its hot.Property Manager Responded

Loved it!
March 21, 2018I just toured and will definitely be bringing back my deposit on Friday! Hoping the townhome I want is still there! The apartments she showed me were way nicer than I expected. Any other truly nice apartments around are ridiculous expensive. Also, I had a lot more fun with the girls in the office at this place than anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

Great location and friendly staff
February 19, 2018I recently moved in to an apartment here and so far it has been a really good move. From the first time I visited, the office staff has been very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I have only had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of the same day. February 18, 2018I checked out a lot of properties in the area and thought for sure I'd like some of the newer apartments the most. I was pleasantly surprised at how cute the apartments are here. They said they had just finished their first batch of renovated units and I think I'm definitely sold! And for what you get for the price... honestly by far the best deal!Property Manager Responded
