I have lived here for about a year now. Parking is an issue. The complex uses Ynotparking app to register visitors. I have always followed the rules, unfortunately I misspelled my friend's plate (but wrote the same numbers and letters). The towing company knew the same car had been registered several times before. It was clear that was a spelling mistake, the tow truck driver knew it, the person who receives the towed cars knew it, and still they proceded to tow and charge as if I had violated ...
the rules. The fee was 318.00 dollars. Having this parking system should be about the resident's protection and peace of mind, to ensure that no strangers access the community. These people don't care about the residents, the car had been registered and was in my account as they could see in my history, I made an honest mistake and was punished for that. The administration could not care less about the situation. This is not a good place to be!

My apartment is wonderful it is very beautiful inside the people here and the office are wonderful people Alfredo Priscilla And Dora. they help you With anything you need. is always done no maintenance problems. If you are looking for an apartment I would recommend these apartments and I give these apartments 5 stars
