I lived in my apartment complex for about 16 years. Almost 9 years in the unit I live in now, we lived in a different unit prior. I am very comfortable with my complex but we have lived here for so long & have not gotten any improvements to our unit. We have such an out of date kitchen, bathroom... Our walls & ceiling are cracking. Me & my mother try our best to make the apartment look nice, but for almost $800.00 a month, the quality isn't worth it. We would have to move out to a different unit ...
if we want an up to date apartment, which I don't think is right. The new, up to date apartments look great! But if you live here for a long time, just expect the same treatment. Only thing they have done was give us new rug, which was nice. That's about it. Also, If we tell Maintenance we have an issue with our apartment, they take forever to show up. Everyone is so sweet, but I wish things could be a little different.
