Absolute worst
March 13, 2020Been here 6 months, all the laundry machines are broken, the office staff is terribly rude, they were supposed to replace something in my apartment months ago, the entire complex smells like marijuana, there is trash everywhere, all the mailboxes are broken so anyone could access your stuff, the gates are never closed. Great Place

Poorly Managed and Unethical
February 10, 2020Now I can’t get through to anyone. I plan to get in contact with the the owners in the morning. If I have to go through this much trouble to get this squared away you can just imagine that the bad reviews are TRUE. As for my apartment, my floor is unleveled throughout my whole apartment. The floor squeaks when I walk through it, ants galore coming through the foundation. My Ceiling is starting to bubble even in places where you can clearly see it was replace before. Even had rat droppings when I ...first moved in, thank God I haven’t seen any. Has my toilet fixed recently because it was rigged when I got here and it’s still broke, I have to hold the handle down for a while for it to completely flush. The towel rack in my tub only has one shoulder and had been that way since I moved in....the mirror in my bathroom is literally ah picture not an actual mirror. The outside is well kept and for the first time I have somewhere where my kids can play and I not be so worried. But I’m not even safe because clearly I’m on a 3 day notice and can’t get through to the right person and for that o can say it’s unethical. This is no accident believe what I’m telling you. Although Edna is very respectful and really tried to help me I greatly appreciate her efforts and her knowledge. Marie on the other hand doesn’t seem as knowledgeable or it’s just a front for her boss that she doesn’t say anything wrong, but overall seems sweet, but who knows. I’m most definitely not renewing my lease. All the cons of this place I may have overlooked, but when you have people who can’t separate their personal feeling from work your in a lose, lose situation. How can you run an establishment when the office staff is nonchalant to the needs of the tenants. It’s been almost 5 days and I’ve gotten no where. Great place
January 7, 2020I have been living here with my family for the past 3 years and I have seen so many positive improvements since the new managing company took over. The property is kept clean, peaceful quite neighborhood with lots of things to do nearby. Do Not Move Here!!!!!!
October 11, 2019I have lived over here for 12 plus years... You do not want to live here trust me!!!! They don't fix anything they just patch it up.... And then want to raise your rent every year... They want the outside to look pretty but they can care less about what's going on in the inside.... Its mole coming through the walls...roaches,ants, and not to mention the rotten floors they cover up with the carpet!Property Manager Responded

Zero Stars, Management Sucks
June 25, 2019This place has Rats. They enter your apartment without letting you know, half-way fixes problems and don’t even clean up after themselves. Your mail box gets broken into. Management is rude, gives false information out and the Property Manager never seems to know what’s going on, nor does she even act like she cares. They tow people’s car for no reason and it’s only 1 visitor spot per building. They need to do better and work with their Tenants more, We have to like here, they just work here for ...8 hours a day. This is where People and they kids live not just where they work.Property Manager Responded

June 1, 2019There is no parking for your guest. The maintenance men does not clean up behind themselves. Thete is only one visitor parking for an entire building with 15 apartments, and there is rats.Property Manager Responded
