Lack of professionalism and customer service

I am writing to express my frustration with the lack of communication and professionalism I encountered during my recent attempt to schedule an apartment viewing at Parc Pointe. I had booked an appointment a week in advance with James via email and followed up the morning of with additional questions. Despite this, I did not receive any response to my inquiries. I sent a second email to inform them that I would be running late, but again, there was no reply. We did arrive nearly half an hour ...
late, but we still hoped to receive some form of acknowledgment or follow-up. Furthermore, we tried using the call box system to reach someone at the property but received no answer. It has now been over 24 hours since our scheduled appointment, and we still have not received any communication. I came across a similar review from another person who had the same experience, which only adds to my disappointment. Given this lack of professionalism and poor customer service, I will not be pursuing an apartment at Parc Pointe. Please remove my contact information from your records.

moldy apartments, pipes broken and not working, lived here for 5+ years and its gotten worse and worse. they used to take care of their properrty but after 2020 everything went downhill.

If i could give this place a negative review i would. If you are under the age of 40 don't even bother. First off all facilities close at 10pm (gym, sauna, pool). Anybody who works a normal job 8-5 cant use these facilities due to the amount of people using them in the hours after work. If you try and go in the morning don't bother either hours are from 9am to 10pm. so rules that out. now on to the management. James a phenomenal nice guy who seems like he genuinely cares which is awesome and the ...
way it should be. The Lady who i'm not sure of her name don't even try and talk to 9 out of 10 times she is going to look at you like you are stupid and blow you off. Parking garage is too crowded can never find parking. Walls are thin so if you're a night owl prepare to get noise complaints even if you're only watching a movie. The list goes on and on and on. Bottom line YOU CAN FIND A CHEAPER AND BETTER PLACE!!!!!

Wonderful place to live in

Parc Pointe is great! It has a two gyms, three jacuzis, a big pool, and even a sauna. It also has a sky deck that can be used to tan or watch the beautiful stars at night.

It's a nice relatively quiet community. It could use some updating which I believe they are working in slowly but surely. Rent is a bit high for the area and what you get in my opinion but I guess it's line with the market. The staff is friendly enough... I don't love it but it works for now.

parc pointe is a great complex in burbank. They updated the gym. Have not had much trouble with anything. They should consider replacing carpet in the halls and maybe some new paint on the outside. Other then that a good complex to live in LA

Fire Station Neighbors - Not Bad

We live in a "Luxury" apartment that has many cool perks that we never have time to use. Plus, our unit happens to be right next to the local fire station and contrary to popular belief - we hardly ever hear them. Not because they don't go on calls but they often times refrain from using any sirens until they are fully on the street or down the road. Very Nice!
