Raised rent $65!
December 17, 2018We've been here 15 months, overall we love our apartment BUT they just raised our rent at the end of our first lease by $65! They are also talking about charging an additional $25 for a mandatory trash pickup at our door in addition to the regular trash fee. CONS: Appliances are older, heater rattles, apartment was supposed to have upgraded floor but doesn't, privacy strips in fence are broken and trashy looking, landscape rocks are everywhere, walks and courtyards need powerwash, apartment is ...overpriced. There is no military or senior discount. PROS: 3 bedroom is large and roomy, area is quiet, outside of apartments newly painted, plenty of parking (but need more handicap spaces) and well lit, paint colors in apartment are nice. Used to be terrible, then got better, now...eh.
October 12, 2015Used to be owed by some very terrible people thatblet it go down the drain. However, it was taken over and improved greatly over a couple years. For some reason, those good people were bought out and new people took over once again. Since then (about 4 months) the customer service aspect has gone down, rent is going up and changes are underway. Great Community
September 27, 2015This is a safe and friendly community. You have the option of adding a nice looking security door, which not only provides a sense of safety, it also allows the front door to be open , letting in the breeze but not the bugs. The gate is closed 24 hours, another safety feature. Apartments are quite spacious. Public areas are kept clean and the staff, maintenance and office, are polite and friendly. My dog is also very happy here. This is a wonderful place to call home.Review from Apartments.com
