    There is room for improvement. all the additional fees are not worth what are added to our rent. Grounds are clean and the new maintenance team is great. Location is nice and close to Bradley fair and Dillions.

    Don't rent here. The office doesn't communicate, maintenance doesn't actually get anything done, and communal areas are poorly maintained. I shouldn't have renewed my lease, don't move here

    I enjoy living a Parc I have never had any major issues. I love having access to the pool, park, cooking area during the warmer months. I love that we now have a trash service that come to our door makes it more convenient then loading trash up and taking it to the dumpsters. I always recommend people checking out Parc when looking for apartments to live in.

    Although I cleaning up completely before moving out. The managers charged $150 for painting, $100 for cleaning, $75 for carpet,…They charged anything they wanted. I am very hate this apartment. Run fast and far.

    I like these apartments because it’s a quiet community, theres not a lot of noise outside. The maintenance guys are pretty good at coming out and fixing any issues we might have. It did take a while to get a clear confirmation that we were moving in. Each apartment has appliances that work so it is good.
