Excellent service
October 14, 2020I have lived here for 2 years now and honestly, I have no intention of moving. management was poor before but now we have a young man by the name of Jean as the manager. He’s addresses issues, even the difficult ones, and has a great presence. Maintenance is incredible too (even with COVID they found a way to work o with us). Apartment is big and community is clean. I would ignore those reviews. This is the place to be !!!!!Property Manager Responded

Not safe
June 15, 2018I lived here on a 1 year lease and my car was broken into twice and management couldn’t do anything. And they only have 2 cameras in the whole apartment, homeless walls around at midnight, dogs barking all night, maintenance request takes forever to get handled. Don't even think about this place
June 7, 2017Current situation; I'm talking to my lawyer to sue about this place. I will call the police if I have to. We found this place online and made appointment. Everything was good in the beginning. When my friend decided to rent this place, they started to ask too many things (pay stub, reference, bank statement, wife's application, co-sign etc) which is fine but these documents take more then 72 hours to complete. We checked the reviews about the place and we saw that nobody is happy in this place ...(rude management, too many problems, theft, dirty pool, maintenance problems etc.) so we changed our decision and ask for the deposit back. Since we didn't complete our documents(because everyday they were asking more and more) we thought it's not going to be a problem but they told us we can't take our deposit back because it's already been more than 3 days. They basically start counting before they finish your application. This is a tricky way they follow, once you pay for the money, you will see their real face. They kind of trap you and try to hide the problems. Also management is very amateur and they don't even know how to talk with people. They need be educated, everybody complains about the same problems. Don't pay attention to good reviews, they are fake. Save your money.. ThanksRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live
January 22, 2016I have been here for a year now and have enjoyed my stay. I have a 1 bedroom apartment across from the main pool and all the remodel they did to the pool area make for a great view. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with lots of storage room. I have great neighbors and the management team is very professional and friendly. I am not renewing because of the price for a one bedroom ($1735, plus parking, plus water/trash, plus pet fee) After all the fees I was paying close to $2k per ...month and this is way too much for this area. Family friendly place
July 22, 2015We have a 2 bed 2 bath with huge balcony! Only problem is we are spending around 2,000.00 a month for the view of our neighbors. The pool has been upgraded but no bathrooms near by (if you get my drift) the gym is small but is kept in good condition. If you have a family this would be a great place to live, LOTS of kids running around the area! The managers at this place is what is keeping us here.
