This apartment is POOR! Poor maintenance, poor customer service, poor management, poor customer care, overall poor. I moved here when I was 21 and everyone was so rude to me. My first apartment experience. My apartment flooded because of cracks in my floorboards. Lots of clothes were soaked, ruined. I didn’t know my apartment closet was continuing to flood, I went on a trip. Came back to molded clothes. The office manager was SOO rude. It was the worst experience ever. Walked into the place an was delighted by staff greetings. Came in an went straight to business an got all of my questions answered respectfully an accurately. Very comfortable setting an comfortable atmosphere. Everything about the Parc at Maumelle is amazing. Inside an out. Life at this apartment has been so great for me. I had been looking for a place to stay after having to file for bankruptcy. They were so patient with me. I felt like I had ran out of luck until i stumbled across the complex while heading to the lake nearby. i have been here for almost 2 years now. everytime i go into the office i see three smiling faces ready to handle any issues i have, which haven't been many at all. maintenance is quick and the grounds are kept up routinely. only issue i ...

You never know how that will go.Needless to say I just renewed my lease for 15 months. When I walked into the office it was like a breath of fresh air. The energy was so positive I was greeted and I could feel how genuine they were in that moment. I can't wait to see whats next for this place. I've been living here for 4 years and have not even thought about moving. There's enough space here for my family, and we got a balcony view of the lake. We've had minor service requests but they've always been done on time. The staff has had a few changes, but one thing stays the same- the faces in that office are always friendly and willing to help. I recommend Parc to anybody looking for a nice quiet place to stay right by water! Sure beats me living in LR

Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in.

If you’re thinking of living here; don’t. I love the location of the complex, and the space of the apartment, but other than that this is a horrible place to live. They’re not willing to cut you a break or work with you on ANYTHING, yet you have to put in 4 maintenance requests to get your stuff taken care of correctly, the trash compactor is always disgusting, and many other annoying things. I’ve only been here 3 months, and I signed a 15 month lease. Really regretting my decision. :)

Unprofessional Staff & Consistent Maintenance Issues

Right before Labor Day of 2017, we got a message from the office staff telling us that the pool would be closed from 8/31/2017 until Monday 9/4/2017. I thought this was weird as several maintenance people had been prepping the pool throughout the week and this was technically the close of summer. On Saturday morning as I went out to my car to go visit my family, I was caught off guard by nearly 75 plus people at the pool. Turns out the new apartment manager had thrown her own personal pool party ...
for her friends. There was extremely loud rap music playing, people with alcohol and glass bottles all around the pool. The people who were not tenants were dancing and jumping into the pool. After the initial shock, I realized that I was not the only tenant standing around taking note of what happened. The following business day, I attempted to call the office regarding the lack of professionalism and clear violation of the pool rules that were posted. No one ever picked up or returned my call. While checking my mail that week, several tenants had asked if I had witnessed the fiasco. One tenant passed the corporate phone number to me. She said she had lived there since its opening and had never experienced such unprofessionalism. Of course, no one ever picked up the couple of times I attempted to get ahold of someone.
A lot of the posts I read about the Parc mentioned some of these same issues that I encountered, but I chose to disregard due to the rave reviews about the office staff. Unfortunately what I have learned is that while the staff is very nice, they are nothing short of ghetto and unprofessional. They do not know how to maintain a property, and they can seem to keep a maintenance staff.
Certain buildings are plagued with pest issues due to lack of spraying and trash overflow at dumpster. Several tenants have complained about leaky ceilings due to unresolved AC issues. All these issues seem to be the result of an inept staff. They tend to screen calls to prevent them from having to respond in a timely manner. If you submit a maintenance request, expect that only a portion of the issue will be resolved after nearly a 2 week wait.

Run Away-Worse Apartments Complex I've ever lived in

I consider myself and my gf very easygoing and we can pretty much adapt to anything. However, this complex is by FAR the worse complex that I've ever moved into. I moved in right as they changed their management. Needless to say, it's almost as if the management completely went away. The office workers have no concept of customer service, they are extremely rude, and they lack any sort of attention to detail. I've lived in many apartment complexes over the time, including military facilities. ...
This complex makes you pay an extra fee for pest control, but we went the majority of our stay without the pest control coming out. They also make you pay an additional fee for trash. I have pictures of the trash being stacked around the dumpster for days (every weekend) that was as high as the dumpster itself. That's no exaggeration. I am amazed that we did not have rats due to this. Furthermore, I had more maintenance issues with this apartment than all of the apartments I've lived in put together. That amazes me, because we were barely home. We don't have children or a pet, and we lived very easy. It started out with our dishwasher leaking anytime you would run it. It took them a week to come just look at it. It then took them a few days to bring in a new one. It THEN took them an additional week to install the new dishwasher while the new one sat on the floor with a whole in our wall. About a month later, we had a pipe leak, probably due to an improperly installed dishwasher. I put in three request. That pipe never got fixed, so I rigged it up myself so it wouldn't flood under our cabinet like it had before. I wouldn't have noticed it if we didn't have a horrible smell in the kitchen. Luckily we had a plastic bin down there that was catching the water. A couple of months later, our bathroom ceiling started to leak and it flooded our bathroom floor. Needless to say, these were just a handful of the many issues we had. Dog crap littered the sidewalks and the grass due to owners not picking up after their pets, makeshift signs occasionally popped up near the front gate with handwritten messages saying "Rents Due!", and the apartment workers never showed any sign of caring for its tenants. I never write reviews, and when I do they are because something excellent happened. I feel that people looking for apartments deserve to know what it's really like. It's going downhill and the prices are rising. Just keep looking. This apartment complex is worthless.

I love my apartment complex. It's gated and near a quite area right smack beside lake wilastein! Every morning after work I can go for a nice peaceful walk. A great place for single tenates to small families!!!
