June 30, 2025There is no good from living here, how is this even a question? There will be random charges on my monthly rent, but its a vague reason and I’ll have no clue why I have to pay $25 for a “damage” fee. Sure, you can call the front office, goodluck trying to get an answer though, they don’t pick up! Leave a voicemail? No point! They’ve blatantly said they don’t know to access the voicemail box. The “gated” part is a lie because it’s been nearly a year since it actually worked. Theft going on in ...every crevice of this place. The amount of washer/dryer that are open for everyone is depleting because they keep allowing theft and vandalism to happen. None of management have thought to add cameras on the property and I KNOW it’s been brought up to them. However, they will raise your rent annually for the tradeoff of nothing. What do I mean? This place gets worse while they charge you more. This place is a joke and I could not recommend ANYWHERE ELSE more than I do right now.Property Manager Responded

December 6, 2023I would not recommend someone living in Park 120 so far in my experience and I moved in mid Nov. 2023 and it’s beginning of Dec. 2023, so that speaks volumes. The apartment was not given to me in move in condition. I was lied to about the laundry facility being right next to me. I have to walk further down since Park 120 reduced the number of laundry facilities. No on answers the phone and the office isn’t open during regular business hours. Absolutely no one answers the phone at the front desk. ...I’ve had better communication with the maintenance getting back to me than the actually front desk people.Property Manager Responded
December 7, 2023I am so sorry that your experiences at Park 120 has been less than we expect from our apartment home community. I am the Interim Community Manager here at Park 120 and I will be working diligently with our team over the next few months to attend to the issues that our valued residents need us to attend to. As are most companies in the world today we are very understaffed but I hope that you will see a difference little by little as we make real changes.
