On the outside everything looks nice, but don't let it fool you!

- managers never reachable: don't expect response via email or promised call back - walls extremely thin: expect to hear your neighbors TV / talking - parties / loud music/ dogs barking day and night: expect to sleep with earplugs every single day - because of faulty maintenance, my stuff got destroyed: don't expect appropriate compensation

Okay place, but pretty expensive

I have been here for a few months now. Overall it is a nice place. Can be noisy at times. All electric no gas. No A/C but has heat. Garage got broken into 1 month after moving in. Word to the wise always lock your cars even in a garage.

The apartment itself is ok, but overpriced. They listed the apartment as new and remodeled. However, our appliances were older and used. Be advised security is an issue. We heard about cars being broken into online. Our car was broken into within our third month and apartment managers really didn't care. On a positive note, our hardwood floors are nice, the appliances do work and the community is alright.
