The people in my building were mostly great and it was mostly quiet except on weekends. There are no real amenities. Sometimes the pot smell was overwhelming and a few people used to dump their cigarette butts everywhere. Joe and Willie were very nice and kept an eye on things. A mix of long time renters and college kids rotating in. Parking mostly okay, sometimes long term "visitors" hog the spots. Big plus for separate apt doors open corridor and good heating system. You can have pets ...

for a fee. Most dog walkers clean up after themselves and the pooches were well behaved. You need a car to get anywhere. You cannot walk to Convent Station train station without risking death on a no sidewalk road. I

Poor management, won’t fix anything, extremely expensive when you get nothing. The price goes up $100+ every year. EXTREMELY small apartment. It’s probably as bad as some New York City 2 bed rooms. It’s like 650sqft at most, probably less.

I loved living here! I was here for 2 years and I cannot say enough about how much I loved my apartment. When I moved in it had all just been renovated - the floors were hardwood and gorgeous and the kitchen was updated beautifully as well. Dana from the leasing office was so great to work with and so kind. I cannot say enough about the super Willie. He was always very helpful and quick to respond any time I had a question. The location is perfect! You are only 10 minutes or less from everything ...

you will need and the apartments are set in a peaceful little circle. Neighbors are friendly and when it snows the super and his team help shovel and plow you out (incredible). I will miss my apartment but HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking this place out!

I would not recommend living here, but if you decide to, do yourself a favor and demand that you look at the actual unit you will be renting before signing the lease to ensure that you are not signing on to breathe in secondhand smoke where you live. Do not just look at the basic model they have to show and then sign the lease. I learned this the hard way

This place used to have families with children and retired adults. Now management seems to be only renting to college students. The manager renting seems young herself, so who knows if she's being selective. In the past 3-4 years I have not seen a family with children move in. For the older people living here, this place is turning into a nightmare with all the fraternities and sororities gathering and partying. Parking is a problem too. Parking lots get full with all the college students ...

Management dishonest cruel All the promises of a place I was approved for..met criteria yet endlessly when one was coming available I would get an email with an excuse of why I could not get the apartment. It was never a valid one..it happened over and over..I has a lawyer call..intervention in other ways..I was denied for no reason yet prepared furniture and all to move in. Something suspicious VERY going on there....all secretive..reasons not true.....one was it would not be available yet it ...

was heavily advertised and was told was mine..betrayals endless..... Have friends there..had no family..would change a life..they are heartless disloyal dishonest unkind uncaring people!!! Awful....!!!# had carpeting measured..furniture..for what.....how dare you
