I am here to share my experience at the Park Capitol apartment since my last review was deleted, I am assuming by the management. I would not recommend this apartment solely due to the attitude of the management.
When I first moved in, the cooler was not working, the internet has not been set up (the internet company had to come in and do a construction), the room was not cleaned properly (pee stain, bugs in the fridge). I was also accused of not payment my rent for the first month. If I have not
...taken a picture of the check, I don't know how I would've have defended myself.
Once I thought I settled in, apartment started to flood due to a crack in the wall, so whenever it rained, my room will be flooded with nasty rainwater. I addressed this concern the management, but it took a couple flooding for them to even take this matter seriously.
Since the parking lot was under construction, I was told that it will be done by August 2022. Now it is February 2023 and the construction is still not done. Since there are not enough parking for all the residents, people are parking on the street and getting tickets left to right by the city. When I was out of town for 2 days, my car was towed by the city and had to pay $500 to get back my car. I addressed this concern with the management, and the response was it the city's fault and not their responsivity. On top of that, the construction noise all day is unbearable.
The overarching theme I get from the management is lack of professionalism and care about the resident, especially from the Community Manager. I am already looking for an apartment to move in although my lease is not done yet. I would not recommend this apartment.
