I've lived at Park-Clayton just over 21 years now. The neighborhood has proven to be one of the safest in St. Louis. Other than desired rent relief on this one BR apartment, I have no real complaints. Every time I've needed maintenance, it was executed in a timely fashion.

Dogtown is a fun neighborhood, with plenty of places nearby to spend time with friends and family. Good maintenance and attentive management in the building. I enjoy living here.

Great management! They are also prompt at helping with whatever issue come up. Last year the big snow storm was rough, but this year they planned ahead and had the lot much more cleared

Park Clayton has been a peaceful environment to live in. Maintenance is incredibly quick to fix things in my apartment which is much appreciated. The mail room is always organized which is also appreciated. Parking is sometimes hard to find and the parking lot is tight but parking is free which is a plus.

There are many great things about Park Clayton. The complex is clean, quiet, and overall peaceful. The unit is nice with all updated appliances. The reason for my 3 star rating was the handling of the recent snow storm. The condition of the lot was inexcusable. The amount of ice and lack of plowing made it near impossible to get out. My car was stuck in my spot for over a week with only one day of plowing. Even weeks after the storm, there’s still ice everywhere. I find that to be unacceptable ...
