Both the maintenance staff and Tara the on site manager were wonderful to work with. They were quick to address any issues that came up whether it was routine questions or an emergency that occurred at 2am. You couldn't pick a better place to live in Hemet, great bang for your buck.

Manager is cool been here 2 yrs. but it’s bad on roaches and they will never go away no matter what you do. Building needs to be fumigated. But they just spray that’s it.

September 9, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comVery quite area. Does not look like a great neighbor hood but it really is. Manager Tara is very helpful and quick to help or answer questions. A lot of things in the apartment are very cheap but everything still works well. Old stove and dish washer, stove works great. I do not use the dishwasher. Great price for a great space. Plus Water and Trash are included in rent. Only down fall to it is that there are no in unit washer and dryers but washer and dryers are on location.
