December 28, 2025This is not a bad place to live, it's fairly quiet and everyone is for the most part amicable but the price of rent slowly creeps up every time I renew. Also I don't mind paying for actual utilities and such but all these reward programs such as Bilt and the conserve fee which in my opinion is useless really nickel and dime you to death. I think I spend like 20-30 dollars extra every month to earn points that end up giving me $15 per year in credit at the end of the year. I would rather pay my ...rent in cash and not get these so-called "rewards". Other than that I really enjoy living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 18, 2025The apartment is great and close to shopping areas and other exciting places. I have lived here for two years and effort is put in maintenance although it can be improved. The staff is friendly and very helpful at all times.Property Manager Responded

June 20, 2025I have been living at Park Creek Apartments for over a year now, and I love my apartment! There was an issue with maintenance requests being completed in a timely manner. Since the hiring of a new maintenance supervisor, this issue has been resolved!
