We lived here over 8 years ago and loved it so much we moved back. Great layouts and huge patios. The people here are very friendly. Management and maintenance workers are very nice and helpful. Anytime I put in for a work order they are on it right away either that day or first thing the next day. Our building just got finished for the new remodel and we love it. Especially the ac unit they installed. So much better than the window insert style.

We have lived at Park Crest Commons for several years & love it! The complex is well kept for maintenance inside & out. We have never had any issues with our apartment unit. When we moved in it was a clean & all of the appliances were well maintained or new. We like our wrap around porch. They are currently in a reconstruction phase upgrading outside units & adding A/C. Each year they continue to make upgrades on the property. The management has excellent communication through email & app ...

For example, they hosted national pet day & invited everyone to bring their pet with a line up of treats & toys to pick out for dogs & cats. It is a quiet & friendly community. I have been here for one year now and Just renewed my lease. This place is awesome, spacious and modern apartment, the staff are so wonderful. I have two dogs and lots of play area. Security Patrols hourly at night and feel very safe. Lots of parking and close to all the stores and very near the Freeway. When my boyfriend and I were on our initial hunt for an apartment, we were kind of worried because we have a dog that is considered an aggressive breed according to many apartments bread restrictions list. Thankfully we were lucky enough to find a place like this and can be together. We have been in this apartment over a year and it's very convenient not only because of the no breed restriction but also how close and proximity it is to both of our jobs and our family.

Park Crest Commons has very friendly office staff and maintenance crew. Office staff is very helpful and happy to answer any questions. The times that we’ve had to ask for help from the maintenance crew they were able to get to us the same day sometimes next day. The apartments themselves are spacious and beautiful to live in.

They let me go into an apartment that was under construction just I could get a feel for it. I absolutely loved it! In all honesty, this is a great place to live.
