August 6, 2025I wouldn't recommend park crossing to anyone I know who is looking for an apartment near the area. Living here is not good. They have a very Poor maintenance service and very slow response to any concerns and issues. Clothes Dryer couldn’t even done it just a week. It’s been 2 weeks and no action done still. Very stressful and frustrating. Instead of doing laundry inside we are force to use our extra time to go out and do laundry. Wasted money and most especially wasted time.Property Manager Responded

When it comes to appliance-related issues, our maintenance team will always assess the equipment first and attempt repairs before a replacement is ordered. In situations where a replacement is necessary, we are dependent on our vendor’s delivery schedule, which typically ranges from 1 to 3 weeks. Once the appliance arrives, installation is completed on the same day along with the delivery vendor. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process, and we value your input as it helps us continue improving our services.

May 26, 2025I think Park Crossing is a great place to live overall. I truly love it here. The apartments are nice and spacious. I haven’t had too many maintenance requests, but when I do submit them, they are handled / completed in a timely manner. It is a pet friendly environment with pet stations in several places on the property. The complex does a good job of keeping the grounds clean. There has been a little bit of a change in the level of noise with the arrival of new residents since Park Crossing ...started offering income based rentals. There is a bit of a stray cat problem but not too much of an issue unless you’re walking a dog. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live with less than a five minute drive to I-80, Highway 12 and local shopping centers. However, the attempt of filling the unit might interfere with the qualifications. The website is grossly misleading as to income qualifications: this seems to be a low-income property.
