Not bad - would have loved a bit more attentive care and notification before moving in and checking the overall condition of the house. Had to request a maintenance request on the day of move in for some issues

Park fifth under Greystar management was great, the building was spotless and clean all the time. Building is over price for what it is. Also the new complex manager is the worst person to talk, won’t help whatever issue is happening and she’s always unavailable.

I've been living at Park Fifth for a couple weeks now, and it has been an incredible experience. The amenities are top-notch, with a stunning rooftop pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and beautiful communal spaces. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to great restaurants and entertainment. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Extremely friendly and helpful concierge staff and great events planned by the management for residents. Maintenance staff is very friendly and responds quickly (usually within the same day) to make repairs.

Park Fifth, an Honest Review

Bozzuto Management is undermining the Park Fifth Apartments. Before signing a lease or renewing, read this. I’ve lived here 6 months. The building offers great amenities: gym, pool, rooftop fireplace, and more. It’s luxury in DTLA with EV parking, keyless access, Nest thermostats, and city views. But… 1. No Notification: My car was towed from our garage without notice, costing $502.84 + $15 for Lyft. Management failed to update vehicle registrations, confirmed by the front desk. 2. Smoking ...
Issues: Persistent smoking complaints (weed, cigarettes) into our unit went unresolved for months despite numerous complaints. 3. Safety Concerns: Aggressive Rottweilers attacked residents in the elevator. Management never followed up despite emails. 4. Lobby Issues: Witnessed drug use in the lobby, no action from front desk. Security issues persist with non-residents gaining access to elevators. 5. EV Parking Problems: Broken chargers and empty EV spots despite promises of green energy. Valet didn’t charge my car as requested, causing inconvenience. 6. Maintenance Problems: Garbage and recycling chute damaged by a previous fire. No recycling system in place, with residents needing to handle garbage manually. Final Thoughts: Despite amenities and location, communication and management responsiveness are severely lacking. Living here has become a nightmare due to ongoing issues. Future and current residents should be aware.

Thank you Park Fifth Team for having me at Park Fifth! I enjoyed living at Park Fifth. I have now moved out of state. I sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service that I received throughout the time I lived at Park Fifth from start to finish. I would like to thank Alex and Chris specifically for the help with my move out experience. I sincerely appreciate Alex's high level of detail and excellent service. Thank you to Tatiana who was recently very helpful to me as well. I appreciate the maintenance team for their help as well. Park Fifth is a beautiful place to call home. I will always remember the beautiful views from the rooftop, the gym, and the stunning lounge on the 25th floor. I also loved my corner 2 bedroom that overlooked Pershing Square. It was great to have the island in the kitchen and also special to have such a sunny, specious apartment home. I will always appreciate the kindness, hospitality, and excellent service that I received throughout my time living at Park Fifth and wish everyone the very best in future!
