This apartment complex is great!
If you are looking for great cost per square footage in the Menands Area.
A place where the maintance LIVES on premises; so is always readily availiable.
A place where neighbors are quiet and respectful.
A place where u can take your children for a swim.
A place where the school bus comes to pick up your children just to drop them off across the street. LOL But true.
THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE.
The only con is if you are like me and lose your keys A LOT, you will ...
have to pay a 25$ fee.
And lastly it is just a stone throw from downtown albany (about 10 mins on the 22 bus)

I really enjoy leaving at Park lane apartments, maintenance is wonderful and I love the fact that they always send me the same person that i loooove, he is courteous and very polite and does everything in his power not to make a mess. I trust them in my apartment even when i am not home.
the team at the rental office are the best. I am moving out soon ( another job)I just hope to find something similar.
Park Lane, I love you and you have been good to me since 2001. Muah!! :-)
