For the craps
June 11, 20223 stars is for location only. What a pigsty! We had to pay for the carpets to be shampooed because they were not done. 2 vacuumed chambers full of dog hair. Appears the apartment houses numerous dogs and reeks of cigarettes. Both glass sliding doors downstairs not secure. One does not lock, the other stick is broken. Dog teeth and toenails on carpet, cigarette butts all over property, untrimmed bushes and trees hanging, upstairs deck insteady and rotting. Of course I see why they demanded rent ...before the walk thru because who in the hell in their right mind would even consider living here. So sorry I co-signed for my daughter to live here. I never thought people would manage at this level of dishonesty. It’s a crime what they think someone should live in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great for starting out
October 5, 2020I lived here right after I graduated college. This was very affordable and had everything I needed while living on my own. The fact that SO much is included with rent (during my time there, you got cable and internet AND a washer and dryer for the price of rent, which was already comparable to places without that included) is such a great thing and helps ease a lot of worries. Maintenance always fixed things in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone looking for their first solo apartment ...just starting out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
